The MASIAS rotary classification screens have been specially designed for the classification operations at the start of a waste recycling line. MASIAS manufactures sieves that are adapted to the different types of waste: from sieves for the integral SUB process (simple or double) to sieves for the classification of light containers and cardboard or paper, sieves for the classification of compost or sieves for the classification of construction and demolition works waste.

- Access gate inside the sieve. Its opening forms a walkway that improves access inside the unit.
- Direct material discharge points, input and output, coated with anti-wear material plates, with a minimum thickness of 6 mm or with a rubber band with a minimum EP 250 quality.
- Sieve cylinder with two bearing tracks, with mechanised tracks, in accordance with the features of the equipment and material being processed.
- The cylinder has a rear guide wheel, mechanised in accordance with the unit’s features, which guarantees an accurate driving process.
