In addition, the new MASCN 03 extraction systems represent the state-of-the-art suction equipment of MASIAS.

The new design has been brought up as a result of the vast experience of Masias in the treatment of different types of waste, addressing the problems of suspended particles generated of different natures throughout the processing lines. The unit has been specially designed to eliminate dust and film waste in light container and CDW treatment plants.

The system is composed of a rotary valve condenser, impulsion and/or suction fans (depending on the configuration defined for the implementation), sleeve filter and drying compressor, as well as the pipes and joints required for each type of implementation.

In addition, the unit has a self-cleaning control card and support structures, walkways, stairs and handrails, as required to guarantee the safety of the installation.
