MASIAS RECYCLING has developed a range of waste bag opening systems that can increase the opening speed of bags, increasing the efficiency by 95% and productivity by 35%.

The MASIAS equipment has been designed with a series of differentiating advantages:

• The OC bag opening range can be used to adjust the bag cutting specifications semi-automatically with levers located on the side gate of the units, which can control the depth of blades to minimise the destruction of elements in bags.
• Our units have a lateral gate used for inspections, so that some of the important parts of the unit do not have to be disassembled for such purposes. The gate is opened with a hydraulic system.
• The units have a new system of steel and carbon blades and counter-blades that considerably decrease their wear.
• Optional creation of customised software and interface with the global software of a recycling line.
